Bush was quoted recently as saying...
"We really don't need U.N. approval" to go to war with Iraq.

If this war happens, I urge all of my friends to write the United Nations requesting sanctions against the US for its brutal and aggressive force and to provide peacekeeping troops for the people of Iraq. If indeed the U.N. must show some backbone, let the U.N. protect the people of Iraq now.

We are living in a time in which we must ask ourselves how far we are willing to let the American president go. We cannot allow him thumb his nose at the rest of the world and murder innocent people in Iraq. Let the American people demonstrate to the world that we do not stand with Mr. Bush and his murderous campaign of real terror in the Middle East!

You all know I abstain from the vote in protest against representative democracy. But in 2004, if you
do vote, please don't vote for 4 more years of war and recession.

Thank you,
