Crystal Castles blew the roof off Firestone last night (9/9/10). The MOVEMENT Road Crew traveled to Orlando along with hundreds of the indie-electro masses who packed into the near sellout hot house, cracked their glo-sticks, downed some drinks and raged to the non stop audio/visual assault. One of the best shows so far this year by far. Click the banner above for more dates on their world tour and check out some photos and a review from the front lines below. Photos by Max Michaels.

The Bellflower report: Crystal Castles stage presence is an attention strangle-hold of enrapturing fulfillment, from the first vocal explosions white-noise to the strobes flashing, further down to the crowd of kids raving in the pit. Crystal Castles was created by producer Eathen Kath, who after months of recording instrumentals had no vocals. Cue Alice Glass. Kath heard Glass with her experimental noise band and recognized then the encompassing sound Crystal Castles could make. The Canadian duo has packed venues and festivals since, bring their dynamic sound and fans with them. A combination of Atari sound-board, on-the-floor dance beats and white-noise stun, throb and wrench the cerabellum exponentially. Although not as original as other bands Crystal Castles' sound reverberates something stunningly imaginative. - Thomas Bellflower
